Hanches:

Mesurer autour de la partie la plus large de vos hanche.

Entrejambe:

Mesurez de l'intérieur de votre jambe, de l'entrejambe jusqu'au bas de la jambe.

I love this shirt. Initially I was worried with how thin the fabric is, but it is super comfortable and I love it. Also not about the shirt but I initially got a large and it was too small for me. The customer service was amazing at helping me get my order replaced with an XL shirt. I should also add that the sizing isn't their fault at all. I have a weird issue where I am always between L and XL on every shirt I own. Makes for a fun time with online shopping lol.
